Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Let's Evolve’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

General Conditions

LE may charge 10% interest per month on unpaid sums after 30 calendar days. After 60 days, unpaid amounts may be sent to collections, with the debtor responsible for outstanding payments and collection costs. Your use of the service is at your own risk. The service is provided as is, and technical support is offered via email, live chat widget, and, in some cases, video calls. LE may use third-party vendors. Modifying, adapting, or hacking the service is prohibited. Content and accounts violating terms may be removed. Abuse will result in immediate account termination. LE does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not liable for damages.

Please note that any phone number purchased on LE is leased to subscribers as long as their subscription is active. No intellectual property rights are claimed over the material you provide. LE reserves the right to refuse or remove content at its discretion but does not pre-screen content. All pre-loaded and custom builds done by our team are non-transferable to other companies. All intellectual property, including images, text, graphics, trademarks, and service marks, belong to LE. Unauthorized use is a violation of federal law and may be prosecuted. Use of intellectual property on other platforms or websites of any kind is prohibited.

It is your responsibility to cancel your account through the LE portal by logging into your dashboard and canceling.

Account subscriptions can be canceled at any time but will result in the loss of all data stored within LE.

All sales and subscriptions are final.

To cancel your account, a written notice must be provided 15 days before the next billing cycle for the cancellation to take immediate effect. No prorated adjustments or refunds will be issued. Modifications to billing cycles are at Lets Evolve’s sole discretion. Lets Evolve reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its discretion, restricting current or future access in cases of abuse, fraud, or other unethical or illegal activities. Upon cancellation, your account will be deactivated, access revoked, and all associated content forfeited. No refunds or returns will be granted.

LE provides an e-wallet option that is subject to separate, pay-as-you-go billing. You can add funds to your e-wallet and use them toward additional features or usage as needed, beyond your standard subscription credits. E-wallet balances are non-refundable and must be used within your active subscription period.

Disclaimer

The materials on Let's Evolve’s website are provided on an "as is" basis. LE makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights violations.

Limitations

In no event shall LE or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on LE's website, even if LE or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Modifications

Let's Evolve may revise these Terms and Conditions for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Florida, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
